10% Community Fundraising

20% Private Donations

Phase 1 - $1M (2024-26)

The existing roof has been removed and replaced. Additionally, the exterior sandstone is in need of repair, particularly on the east-facing front side of the home.

Phase 2 - $0.5M (2026)

The home will need new plumbing, electrical, network/security, and HVAC installed.

Phase 3 - $1.5M (2026-27)

The home is in remarkable condition considering its age, but it will require plaster wall and ceiling repairs. The floors will also need some repair work followed by refinishing, and the window frames will need to be refinished as well. To bring the building up to modern standards, ADA access and compliant facilities should be added. A caterer's kitchen should be installed to accommodate small events held on the property. The interior should be restored with appropriate wall coverings, rugs, and furniture to reflect the style and elegance of an 1888 lumber baron's home. Additionally, the basement level should be built out to house a retail antique store.
